In addition to being an award-winning filmmaker, Jeffery Morehouse, volunteers much of his time as Executive Director of Bring Abducted Children Home (BACHOME.org). He is a founding partner in The Coalition To End International Parental Child Abduction. He has worked as an advocate for S.Res 543 (112th Congress) and federal legislation such as and the Sean and David Goldman International Child Abduction Prevention and Return Act of 2014. In 2012 he testified before the California State Senate in support of Senate Bill 1206 on International Child Abduction Prevention. He speaks publicly to groups small and large whenever possible. In the spring of 2014 he was invited to address a group of parent activists at the Washington State Capitol. In 2015, he testified to Congress on the crisis. In 2016 and 2017 spoke at a Congressional Briefing. He also has testified in court as an expert witness on the crisis in California. He believes it is important for Parents of Internationally Kidnapped Children to strategically engage in raising the level of awareness this human and family rights crisis. Rise up. Get engaged.
